2.7 crankshaft bore smaller than diameter
Hello Rebuilder,
I assembles my crankshaft before I was sealing the case. After tighten the case bolts and perimeter studs in the sequence the crankshaft was turning fine. I heard several rebuilders which complaines about stucking crankshaft. So I dissabled all took the crankshaft out and re-assembled it again without the crank to remeasure. And now the surprise. Main Bearing bores 2,3,4,5,6 are smaller than the crankshaft diameter. Is this caused by an none aligned assembly. And do I have to worry.
