Oil analysis revealed high lead

I sent an oil sample to Blackstone for analysis, and here is the report:

Lead read high in this sample, but considering all other metals read low, we're not too worried. The lead may be from the use of leaded fuel. If not, it could show bearing wear, but it'd be unusual to have this much lead without a little extra iron (from a steel shaft). If you've been noticing any problems with oil pressure, though, the lead could indicate a problem. Nothing else was out of place in this sample. Averages show how metals should read after 3,400 miles on the oil. No contamination was found. Leave this oil in use another 1,500 miles and check back.

115,000 miles
last oil change = 1 year ago (1800 miles) with BP 20W-50

I've noticed no problems at all. Engine runs strong and smooth.

What do you think about the lead comment?
