Rough price on this motor

So I almost bought a car last year with a custom built Franz Blan motor. I had a PPI done on the car and only passed on it due to cosmetic reasons. 6 months laster The seller has since fixed the cosmetic issues and I am considering buying the car so I can combine the best parts of the two cars and then sell the other.

The motor was very very strong. The specs of it are below. My questions is what do you guys think it would cost to build the motor below? I am debating about buying the car with the motor below and swaping it with my stock 3.0l. I would then sell the other car with my 3.0l. I was planning on building a motor over the next year but I think I could save money SERIOUS $$$$ if I can get this one for the right price.

Let me know what you guys think? Am I crazy or is this doable?

thanks,
Matt

Here is the info I got from the builder

Motorcraft 3 coil crankfire ignition
Early 911s Cam grind
Updated tensioners
Ported, polished
Knife ground racing crank (3.2)
Titanium rods and Racing pistons
9.9:1 compression
Early 911 exhaust
New PMO carbs - 40mm (36mm venturies in place now)
Rebuilt 915 trans - 7:31 ring and pinion
New Sachs clutch
Stainless break lines
Bilstiens all around
Short shift - rebuilt linkage
Sanden AC Conversion

What's wrong with the car:

Leak in upper condensor of AC - needs spot weld
Possible cross threaded plug - upper right side (was hard going in when i changed plugs)
