1 mkg = 7.233 lb ft
1 mkg = 9.807 nm

or if you forget I think you can google it.. google has a front line converter when you type in e.g. "inches to meters" in this case if you just type in "mkg to foot pounds" is doesn't work but if you try "kilogram-meters to foot-pounds" you will get links
