Sounds like a fun motor. With regards to the MFI pump, I would recommend upgrading to a 2.4 ltr. pump (i.e. out of a 2.4 ltr. 911T) and get the space cam reconfigured to match your engine configuration. The space cam on the 2.4 MFI pumps were wider and allowed for a better fuel delivery map. Critical to this process is matching the pump to you cams however as I understand it the displacement and compression ratio also have influence on the proper space cam configuration as well. Since you are creating a short stroke moter I am assuming that high rpm perfirmance is a priority. You may want to consider the size of your induction stacks and the size/condition of the throttle bodies. If I recall correctly, the 2.2E's had smaller ports, and intake diameters than the S did. Keeping the smaller ports etc. will affect your high end performance. There are a few rebuilders that can work with you with to help you out. Check out this link for information on the MFI system. http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/911_MFI/TipMFI.htm
