Dumb question?
 
Hi Wayne,

I asked this to the 911 forum and nobody responded. Is it a dumb question?

I have a 74 911S with a system pressure of 3.2 bar and a cold pressure of 1 bar. Can I shim the pressure relief valve to raise system pressure to 4.5 bar (and hopefully raise cold pressure too) or do ya'll think I need to buy a new fuel pump?
Opinions please. Thanks.
