Sorry for the delay in responding. The idler arm is machined out to accept the new bushing.

Henry, Have you ever tried an internal collapse stop inside that tensioner rather than the collars?

No, but the idea sounds good.
My only concern would be: Why would I want to disassemble a new tensioner to install a stop when a collar can be added without disassembly?
