71T to E Cam timing specs

My 71T was rebuilt by the PO with E pistons and cylinders and Webber carbs, I have obtained E cams and an E distributor and my mechanic will soon be installing them, he asked me if there was a trick set up for the cam timing that I knew of or just go with the stock set up. What would be the best cam timing? Thanks.
