tensioner sprocket wear
My tensioner sprocket seems to be a little loose on the shaft, does anyone
know what the dimensions of the shaft and sprocket should be on the running surfaces? I have to decide which piece needs replacing, the shaft or the sprocket. My shafts are 14.93mm and the sprockets are 15.03mm. andy |

67S. In case I didn't use the right terminology I'm talking about the idler arms which
the tensioners push up on. The sprocket has a little bit of wobble play in it. andy |

I managed to sneak a look at someone's little white book and here's the figures for
anybody searching this thread: sprocket wheel 15.032-15.050 sprocket shaft 14.989-15.000 clearance 0.032 - 0.61 All figures are metric. andy |
