Piston Squirters

I am in the beginning of my rebuild of an aluminium case, 2.0l (901/05). Since I am living in a little Porsche populated area (in Norway) I do not have access to machinists who works on Porsche's all day ;), but we have a lot of good machine workshops...

To get to my point, I need to install piston squirts in my case and does anyone have some diagrams, specifications I can give to the machine shop?

hallo sigmund!, i am not very expert, but i have same problems, i have buyed one case 7R used, 97mm bore, with pistons squirters and time inserts for less 3000Nok. This machine work, by Italy, amount over 4000Nok same for big bore et inserts..total 12000Nok...very expensive....buy another case for this rebuild.... preserves the original case, the problems for pistons squirters are: correct degree installation and good fixing...(if one goes into the engine...very very damage) ciao!

The idea have crossed my mine, but for now I would like to stick with the case I have, since this is an aluminium case versus the magnesium 7R case. I have yet not received any prices for the machine work, so I also might end up with a 7R case depending on the prices for the machine work...

What sort of HP are you planning on making? You won't need piston squirters
if you're staying stock.

Hello Sigmund.
I did the same modification on my 2.0 - using the 964 oil squirters. Just call 64 944 911 J.H Løken Service 30 km south of Oslo.
The picture show another alu 2.0 liter Jan Henry transformed to a 2.7 ( 70,4 x 90mm ) twin plug running almost the same parts I am using. LN nickies, 10.5:1 JE, mfi, DC40 cams etc.

Andy

I am planning a 2.5 l short stroke with 90 mm Nikasil cylinders and therfore I will need the piston squirts. When it comes to HP I am not sure, I am hoping for 200 - 220 :-)

Oddmund:

Thanks I will give J.H Løken a call and see if he can help me out..
