How do I clean this?
 
Hello,

I had the halves hot tanked but on the bearing webs there is something left that will not clean off. I can just feel it by running my finger over the area.
What can I use to take it off?

Non abrasive pot scrubber with varsol and elbow grease. Varsol = paint thinner.

Great!!! What is it? Does it come off the bearings?
