DIY for Cam Tower Cleaning?

Anyone have a good DIY for the cleaning of the cam towers? Not just the SAI passages, but I understand there are some plugs that should be tapped and pulled out too.

Thanks, John

I bit the bullet and paid Ollie's. The spray bars can get clogged and you really need an industrial ultrasonic cleaner to do the job right.

FWIW, you ahve to drill out the plugs on top of the cam tower and go through numerous machination to put them back in. A lot of work for something that isn't terribly expensive to get done.
