Which is the correct washer for 2.7 head studs

Dear All,
when I disambled my engine I forgot to seperate the head studs washers.

Which is the correct one.

Here my choices.

The flat one with no chamfer.

Right, the one out and inside chamfer is for the case trough bolts. the flat one without chamfer is as Craig said, for the head studs. i'm in doubt about the last one.

The square shoulder, chamfer inside is 65 to 73 through bolts
