Tell me what you think of this engine please.

What do you guys think of this motor. The description below is taken directly from the add for the car it is in.
What kind of horse power would this combination have and would this be a radical motor (not dependable). Also what would this motor be worth.
Thanks in advance, Rich

"3.2 litre twin-plug engine with Mahle pistons and cylinders and sodium-filled 911 turbo valves. • 72/73 915 7:31 gear box with stock gears - no limited slip • New 46 mm PMO carburetors • Bosch twin plug distributor – Andial conversion • Bosch CD boxes • New Bosch coils and distributor cap "

"The engine in this car is not a 3.2 Motronic Carrera motor, but rather a custom-built engine based on a 3-litre SC case with 98mm high compression Mahle pistons on a 70.4mm stroke. It has injection S-cams."

"The engine is ready for MFI but is currently featuring brand-new PMO 46 mm carburetors. "

The axel is the early stuff and will wind up faster than the engine needs. Spending too much time shifting and running the engine too many revs
Power is probably in excess of 300, expensive to build but like track cars only worth dimes on dollars after its built

I like it... sounds very cool. you would need to define exactly what "high compression" means, and what fuel they were running in the car. If it's around 10.5:1 I don't think the engine would be all that radical. The S-cams may make it a little rev happy. Doesn't say anything about bottom end work? Stock crank and rods? Probably wouldn't want to zing it too bad on a stock bottom end and possibly stock springs / keepers. It may also be tempermental to start cold... but what is really fun to play with that doesn't have a personality?
