That is a neat engine bay! What ECU are you using?

Thanks :)
I'm using Electromotive Tec3r. But have a future plan of changing to DTAfast S80Pro, Autronic SM4 or MoTeC M800.

Great stuff. Great set up. Nice flat torque. Kind thanks for sharing.

Cool. What makes you want to change ECU?

I noticed that you have vacuum tubes from each throttle body presumably going to a manifold pressure sensor. Do you use manifold pressure as the only input for ignition/fuel tables in the ECU or are you using also throttle position? I'm thinking about following the ITB route myself but I still don't understand well all the implications.

Thanks.
The TEC3R is quite simple and has an old softwareplatform compared to other ECU's. The main reason for changing is actually the lack of good enough response when one hits the pedal from idle. Then the ECU does not perform well and the engine cough's. This is not possible to tune.
A friend of mine has a 3.4 short stroke Carrera engine that has the same PMO throttles and twinplug as mine has. He had also the same Tec3r as me earlier and he had also the same problem. He now uses DTAfast S80Pro and the problem is gone. His ECU is much more modern and has way better sofware and more tuningoptions than the Tec3r.
I think it is a quite obvious reason why Electromotive is developing the TecEVO that comes with a more modern wintec5 software, and that is to be able to compete with other much more modern ECU's on the market. This ECU will be their top of the line according to what is written on their website.

I am using approx. 30% MAP to blend in with TPS. Makes the Tec3r better to tune on my setup.

My tip for you is: read and learn as much as you can, ask people that knows this aerea well lots of questions and buy the best equipment you can afford. That will get you were you want to be.

Having success when going EFI and ITB's is very rewarding and veeeery addictive :) :) The sound, the power mid- and down below as well as at the top...oh man, you will be a NA-enthusiast for life :) as NIKE says: JUST DO IT :)

Will 3.2 heads work on this build?

If you are open to other systems, check out the AEM Infinity. We've installed it on two ITB cars that are street driven and they drive like an OEM car. Great engine protection features, traction control, and knock control.
