Sportomatic Rebuild Question

Anyone here rebuilt a motor for a Sporto? Nothing is really different except the sporto oil pump drive off the cam and the flywheel/torque converter. My question is what to do about the flywheel bolts (part # 999 067 009 01), they are different from the normal flywheel bolts and are listed NLA.

905 or 925? regarding the flywheel bolts, take one to a vintage VW and Audi guy that knows their parts. the 905 clutch was the same as a Audi 100 of the same year. Audi built that engine type up to the mid 70s. i can imagine the fly wheel is the same, some of the VW Beetle and Vanogans with the semi automatic transmission, (a sportomatic pretty much as well, NSU Ro, etc, etc)
if you dig a little you will be able to find parts that are cheaper, more available and from the same supplier Porsche used. if you have a 905, i have a ton of NOS parts, but no bolts.
good luck

You can try here: http://www.mcmaster.com

They have tons of metric 8.8 and 12.9 bolts
