3.2 85 911 Help - Fuel rail repair or just the way they are manufactured

Hi Team,

Attempting to change my fuel hoses and noticed this weird sort of weld on the RHS fuel rail connector near the fan shroud.

Could this be a previous repair, or is this factory? Wondering if any one could check their 3.2 and report back?

Obviously hoping this is normal and I don't have a potential issue later down the line.
