Request for photos of wear from lack of ZDDP
Now that the ZDDP has been out of most oil for a while, I wonder whether any of you are seeing wear issues on engines that have been run without it. I had this post up a while ago, and wonder now whether what I saw was simply a problem from running Mobil 1 back in the 2001-2005 period: Pitted cam followers
I would like to see similar photos from others who are seeing this kind of galling wear on lobes and/or rockers. |
