Looking for Machine Shop in NY
 

I am looking for a good machine shop with knowledge of the 911 engine. i am rebuilding myself but do not have a machine shop with any 911 background in my town. i am in upstate New York 1 Hr north of Albany,NY. I have a 2.0 engine with all s componets but would like to upgrade the engine but keep original.

i am over in lake george i am looking to upgrade a 2.0 case. if the price is good i could ship it there.

I have never used them, but they are the place that my more experienced club racers / wrenches recommend.

Depending on what we do we use one of two machine shops. One of the two is Verden. You can't get better here on the East coast.

However, you could also give Anchor a try. They did the heads and case on my 3.8 conversion. They are "mail order only" but in NJ and experienced.
