Crank seal removal

Hello list

Feel a little silly asking but for the life of me I cannot get out the Pulley seal. It looks gummed up and just doesn't want to budge.....

Any suggestion apart from the two screwdriver method?

Cheers

Sometimes they are tight but you have to be careful not to scratch anything.
Bigger screwdriver, I have a heel that rolls it out. Liiks like a spud wrench on one end and a curved heel on the other. Put the end of the curve under the seal and roll against the crank end
