964 cams same as 993 cams?
I've been planning to replace my SC cams with 964 cams for my 3.0 engine rebuild project. Someone has suggested that 993 cams are similar to 964 cams. Any comment, feedback, suggestion, remarks, etc. about 964 and 993 cams is hughly appreciated. Thanks.

964 cams have ramps designed for the mechanical rocker arms: 993 cams have ramps made specifically for hydraulic lifters and thats why you want the 964 ones.
