Where does this vacuum line go?

I am currently reassembling my 83 SC after replacing the bottom cylinder studs and i,m in a pickle as to where this line hooks up. Hope that some of you experienced wrenches can help me out. The line comes out of the back side of the fuel control unit and drops down toward the flywheel where it goes into a "T" with one hose to the left and the "mystery hose" to the right. Any of you fella's have a guess as to where it goes?
Thanking you in advance.......... George

Your SC has a vacuum canister for the distributor. Off the top of my head, I can't remember if this hose is what connects to there, but it kindof has that shape to it.

See page 70 in the 101 Projects book.

Wayne, mystery solved! Went on a cannister search after reading your post and found that it goes to the cruise control canister. It is located behind the accumulator and filter against the firewall. The nipple is located behind a 15mm braided line making it hard to see.
All that time and I should have been looking in the engine compartment!!!.......
Thanks........ Geo.
