What tool do I need? Exhaust stud

I have removed the headers on my 3.6L motor and would like to exchange a few of the original exhaust studs. I am not sure what tool to use. Can someone make a recommendation and possible link. Also, do I need heat to remove the factory bolts? They look like they are in fairly good condition.

If your studs are in good shape i owuld just run a thread chaser over them. that is a high risk project replacing studs. Bust on eoff and you are in a world of hurt.

This tool works very well but don't be aggressive. They can still break.

Snap On used to carry them but they don't show in the catalog anymore.

Good luck,

Tom
