1989 3.6 gtu motor

I just picked up a older gtu car that has a 3.6 liter motor built by andial
(so I'm told) owner died and the car has been sitting for a while.
I ran a compression test and found all but #2 and #5 with a 225 psi
#2 has no comp. #5 has only 150 so there is a problem with those 2 cylinders.
intake ports on 2 and 5 were full of oil. I checked rockers and they seem fine.
so I'm assuming pistons or ring problems.
found no visable deb-re any where. plug in those cyclinders were clean
motor has flat slide injection with adaptors and Bosch twin row injection pump.
so what should the the compression be for this motor stock be in psi? (not ratio)
thanks.

Cool! For a motor with radical cams and lots of valve overlap, compression in psi might be hard to estimate. Maybe try a leakdown test instead?

Do you mind if I ask who drove the car in '89? I have a GTU 911 from that era (blue #96 driven by Fred Apgar) as well.

By the way, intakes full of oil is strange. It could be that the owner dumped some oil down the intakes before putting the car away as a preservative.

Nice score! I remember seeing that car in an AIR catalog in the 1980s or so.
