Yet another Engine Identification

Isn't there a breakdown somewhere on the web for what the engine number means?
I found this German page, alas I don't speak German, and can't find my engine anyway.
http://www.elferhelfer.com/fzident.htm#

so here's what I need to know:

64603564 930-21

is this a 3.2L ? and is the long block a drop in replacement for my 87 3.2L?

thanks,
Richard

Probable that the owner just read it to me wrong,
64603564
is probably supposed to be 64G03564

in which case I think its a 1986 3.2L US model.
