3.2 v 3.6 AFM?

Is there a difference in size, flow, or part numbers between the 3.2 Carrera and 3.6 C2 AFM?

How about the 944TurboS, is it larger?

I am thinking there is bassicaly only one bosch AFM for all Motronics cars including on BMW's. Could this be true?

Thx.
