What's a 996 GT3 Cup engine worth?

I have been trading race parts, cars etc for several GT3 RSR motors that came from Brumos and TRG.

I ended up with 1 torn down 996 Koni Challenge GT3 Cup engine that looks like a low time engine. Crank and rods measure out perfect, cams are perfect, oil pumps perfect etc. It's a complete engine with all accessories such as oil tank, lines, harness, FI, Motorsports custom welded up large plenum intake, headers....everything. These 3.6 motors make over 440 hp in KC trim. Now someone I've sold stuff to in South Africa wants a cup engine.

What is the motor worth as a complete engine but parts only (rebuildable core)?

What is it worth rebuilt and dyno'd?

I know what it costs me to build these but I haven't seen any sell between private parties as race ready engine except PMNA sales (big money for a mostly new engine).
