Looking for spark plug wire bits (wire, boots, etc.)

I'm looking for brands/suppliers of plug wire components (wire, boots, etc.). I've searched here and on the web and I'm not having any luck. Any help is appreciated.

MSD sells high quality low resistance 8.5mm spiral core wire, connectors, and kits with all the stuff including a connector crimper tool you use in a bench vise you need to make your own wire set.

at least they used too...

Is there any particular reason to go with special ignition wire when using a Delta Mark 10b CD ignition box? Or will the stock, copper wires do?

Thanks!
