Question Engine oil leak / and ? blow-by

I have a 1991 C2.
I had a top down attempt at some oil leak repair. (valve cover / cam shaft covers). Some of the oil leaks were fixed but still leaking. THe mechanic told me that I have a leak at a case bolt on the Left side. He says the engine needs to come out for this repair.

Also, the mechanic told me that I have some "blow-by". He did not say what to do for that.

I changed my air filter to a K/N filter - and it may be coincidence - but I do notice oil droplets on the back side of the car after a decent drive (highway drive). the droplets are on thebumper / above the bumber/ on the rear reflector and below the retractible spoiler.

Can any of this be related? If so what should the next step be?

Thanks.

I am fairly new to the Porsche ownership - just trying be as informed as I can about this car.

Rob
