38mm Ex Ports but Gaskets are 36mm?

I was all excited as I near completion on my 2.7RS rebuild when I was examining my Exhaust Ports, they are 38 mm as measured with my caliper. The openings on the heat exhangers is 35mm and the gasket is 36mm....is this correct? Should I be looking for a larger exhaust gasket?
Thanks,
Nabil

Many of the 2.7 heads have recesses for the blow proof insert.. After the copper clad gaskets, most are interchangable until Carrera which are several mills larger.
