How much power?
 

Hi. Can anybody help me? Just bought a 1977 911 S 2,7 (matching numbers) It was brought to Norway from California. This car has NO airpump or thermal reactors (removed?) How many Hp has this car got then. Is it now identical to the 175hp version?
It has also got the SSI exhaust (from pelicanparts), Dynomax superturbo muffler, MSD multiple spark discharge ignition, hi performance coil and KN air filter. Anybody?

You probably are in the 175HP range as its now a '74 spec engine.

The other modifications such as MSD, coil, K&N don't do anything for power and muffler won't help much unless the fuel mixture has been adjusted to suit.

Thank you Steve. The SSi exhaust system, will that give any extra Hp? The insurancefirms here in Norway are very picky on getting the right numbers when insuring the car as a veteran (30+ years)http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1264786955.jpg
