Problem seperating cam towers from heads

Have removed cam towers and heads to do valve work and can't get heads seperated from cam towers. When I originally assembled them I used either Threebond 1194 or 1211 can't remember which

How many nuts did you remove?

Here's my process that works every time:

1. Remove rockers and cams from towers

2. Remove all cam tower retaining bolts

3. Place the cam tower/head assembly on your workbench with two 6" sections of 2X4' under each outboard head so that the middle head is elevated above the
workbench

4. Thread two of the Allen head cam tower retaining nuts halfway onto the two diagonal outside head studs of the middle head. This will protect the threads on the studs for step 5

5. With a punch inserted into the Allen head nut, alternately tap the two diagonal studs until the head starts to separate.

6. Remove the middle head and place all four 2X4 pieces under the middle section of the cam tower and repeat steps 4 and 5 on each of the outboard heads
