How could my right sprocket be off 4mm???

I followed the method in Bentley. I subtracted my intermediate shaft to flange (7.75mm). I measured the left side and got 105.7 = 97.95 - good. I measured the right side and got 47.5 - 7.75 = 39.75. Huh? Spec is 43.75.

I did not recondition my camshafts, they are exactly as they came out. I have the thick washer (bevel in) and four thin. I must be doing something wrong, the discrepancy is huge.

I don't have the Stomski tool, I have a decent straight edge and using the depth measurement tool on my venier caliper.

Not sure what to do.

Edit: Right side spec is 43.27.

The right side has the flat out not the concave side.
