Shuffle Pinning the case?

Who should I send my 1994 3.6 liter turbo case to in order to get it Shuffle Pinned? I am in the Atlanta area but I guess I could send it anywhere. Any suggestions?? thanks, Tate

I highly recommend Competition Motorsports, Sarasota, Florida,,,contact Mike Broadway at 941-926-3110. My close friend, a Porsche master tech, has used him for years, and he performed my case-machining, and twin-plug boring last year(3.2 to 3.5 build)and I'm pleased with the quality. He no doubt will want to discuss the bearings and clearances before accepting the work, hes the kind of pro to inform and protect you, a real perfectionist. Carrerajeff

Tate, we do this mod to all of our race/perf engines, along with many other operations. take a look at our web site and call me if you like and I will send you some pics of how we do ours.

Thanks, Mike Bruns JBRacing.com

from your experience : do we need to do it on a mild alu case engine ?

MFI 3.0 or 2.8 alu engine (7000rpm limit)

Cheers

The advice I received was that for 3.2 liters and under, less than 300 HP and 7500 RPM, the late SC and 3.2 cases would not require shuffle pinning.

I am interested to know what the experts would say.

100% agree - a waste of money for a non-race motor on a late ally case.

Ditto, here...a waste of money. Mag cases all benefit, aluminum are so much stiffer, unless you are going high HP turbo, save your money.
