Hall effect points with MSD

RE: 74 911 2.7 Does anyone recommend a specific type of Hall effect point set? I want to eliminate the points. Currently running a MSD 6200 with their blaster 2 coil.
Also I don't have the vacuum advance hooked up should I ? . Running a set or 40IDA webers with the early 02 911S cams and would need to port one of the manifolds to hook up the vacuum line.

Ken,

Your MSD can be triggered by Hall Effect units such as a Pertronix.

You don't need the vacuum advance unless you are shopping for maximum fuel economy. If thats the case, you will need to install vacuum ports in four intake runners and plumb them to a vacuum cannister. That, in turn, gets plumbed to the distributor.

Aside from that process, you don't need the vacuum advance to be connected, simply time the car to its proper advance spec at 6K. For more throttle response, you can have your distributor recurved to suit. :)
