Check your spark plug wires, do you have 12? I say this because every problem I ever had with an internal combustion engine was finally resolved with the spark plug wires. You said that you pulled them one at a time, but how about the correct plug wire going to the correct plug? Timing? Distributor cap on upside down? I reaching now...
1. You reconnected them wrong.
2. They are connected correctly and the massive new spark is giving you power you never felt before and this power is masquerading as a vibration.
