Then ....
I set the MFI at 15 ° BTCD 4 cyl ... As a result I had an enrichment at 4500rpm Someone knows the difference there is in regulating MFIs in a different position from FE?? PLS Help :(:(:( |
I don't understand exactly what your statement means " I had and enrichment at 4500 RPM" Really all this timing is intended to provide fuel just slightly before the inlet valve, which opens slightly before TDC (where you have set the pump) and cease fuel delivery before the inlet closes. A mechanical injection system provides fuel delivery as a square of RPM not based on a charge volume bases. This being said it will always be off somewhere, when these cars were being raced and you if dynoed them it was always rich at the top and stoichometric at peak torque or vise versa. I believe the best fuel curve BSFC wise was a 2.8 factory racing pump and the associated round cam, more often than not guys would shape the cams by hand to get the curve right.

i've a follows @4500rpm
A/F result 1000rpm 10.2 2000rpm 10.8 3000rpm 11 4000rpm <10 4500rpm <10 5000rpm 11.8 6000rpm 12.5 7000rpm 13.5 8000rpm 15 if septum, the MFI at 40 ° after TCD 4 cylinder what changes? at this time is set 14 ° before TCD 4 cylindre HELP!pls |
If you do not like the 14* setting, why not try the FE mark and see if you like it better?
|
ok..i try but...Does anyone know the difference in delaying or anticipating the MFI??
|
if you adjust the phased MFI of 360 °????
What happens?? |
