What are these P&C's worth?
 

They are euro 3.2 and the pistons are beyond spec.

I suspect all they are good for is boring out. What details will buyers want and what's a fair asking price?

Call EBS Racing and see what they charge for a core set when they bore them. They may even buy them from you...

I'd say about $300 for the cylinders so someone can bore and replate them to the correct clearance to fit existing 98mm JE pistons or whatever.

If the piston skirts and ring lands are worn out like you said, they are now good for paper weights.

I no longer smoke, but I used to use old worn out pistons for ashtrays.
