I was able to pin down my oil leaks to the case through bolts
After stripping the engine down for a good cleaning, retorque the headstuds and adjust the valves, i got it back together and in the car. It is easy to see were it's leaking from
now. Three places outside and center through case bolts, the runs down the case are the same on both sides, the oil runs down the headstud from the through case bolts just above them and pools around the headstud nut and leaks down from there. Running 20 50 oil now has slowed the leaks down a little so it's not as bad as before but still not good. I may drop the engine again in a few weeks and see if i can reclean and slobber something around them to get me through the summer and when i can afford it, get this fixed right.

While it is heresy, I had the same issue and used Wurth Oil Resistant sealer for a while. It helped quite a bit, but the real cure was new o-rings and putting a very small amount of sealant on the insert and bolt head/nut face.

Some people say the green viton rings are way better than the blue rubber ones. I used the blue ones and a very light coat of sealant on my rebuild. No leaks yet.

Can the through bolts and o-rings be replaced with the engine in the car?

As long as the cylinders are on the case it not a job to do. You only do the case bolts when you split the case.
