Trying to figure out what engine this is ? Engine code looks like it said 6122283

I miss read engine code is 6122286 any info on the power figures ?

How good are these engines and would it be worth it to put in a s cam and pistons ?

I do cylinder head fabrication and coatings so I would like to do some coating and heads work
