911 sc engine removal
Hello,
I am taking out my engine and I was looking at the pelican parts 911 sc engine removal page Pelican Technical Article: 911 Engine Removal Made Easy and I was wondering if anyone could better describe where it is talking about the reverse light wire that attaches to the back of the transmission. I am having trouble distinguishing it. I see a thin white wire and a thick black one up right along the top of the transmission. I believe that it is most likely one of these two wires. If someone could just help clarify which one it is that would be great. Thanks Scott

Their right above the transmission mounting plate.
Facing the front of the car.

Its a black shield over 2 wires. There is extra foot of double shield where the wire runs along the top of the starter. The reverse unit is all that goes down the trans after the starter wires bolt and clip to the starter.
