2.2 T Engine specs

Is there a reliable way of telling if a 2.2 t engine has stock internals without dismantling it ? I have a 1970T with what appears to be the numbers matching engine. A compression test reveals all 6 cylinders give 155 to 160 compression range which to me indicates the engine is fairly fresh. Tested at 425 ft elevation.
Would a stock engine (with 8.6cr) produce these results or is it possible E pistons or similar might have been added. I don't know what to look for to see if the engine shows signs of a previous teardown.
Chris

There is no way unless you dismantle it, My 2.2L 1970 Targa has 170-175 lbs compression on a hot engine. All stock and had 10,000 miles on a rebuild at the time of the compression test..
