early 911 head id

I`ve looked in a few books and cannot find head # R 901 104 303 04. They are all dated from 2/66 to 6/66.. The engine has what I believe to be S` pistons and noted by the mechanic that tore the engine down...Thanks.....

In 1966 Porsche was still in the original run of casting parts. On the heads the important number is the one in the oval on the bottom right when youre looking at the combustion chamber of the head. When that number matches they are basically the same head.
