Can someone help identify this?

I was rotating my 3.0 engine 180 degrees on the stand and this fell out. I don't know where it came from. The fiberglass shroud was off, as well as the valve covers and oil cooler. I was rotating the engine to the left. Anyone recognize this?

It is a spacer that fits on one of the three studs from the block where the plate for the throttle rods are mounted. On the left side of the engine.

Was this an understandable explanation?
