Rebuilding CIS: Where to find all the fuel line sizes??
It appears that PP only has some of the EFI lines that the CIS system uses, like I can't find the tiny (3mm??) line off some of the fuel lines post fuel accumulator, or with the frequency valve, etc.
Anyone have any recommendations?? Mark |
Theyre metal and supported so they shouldnt be fatigued, so why replace them?

If your plastic CIS lines are ok, DO NOT REPLACE THEM!
It is difficult, if not impossible to get the correct replacement tubing. The Aftermarket Nylon Tubing currently available on the market has too thin of a wall thickness and will result in injector pulsing. Let me reiterate fellas: I'm not looking to replace the small steel injector fuel lines (Harry; on the 930/965 the individual fuel injector lines are steel, not nylon as in the NA CIS cars).
I want to replace the lines between the pumps & the fuel accumulator, to/from the frequency valve, and other small, odd-sized rubber lines that are cloth-wrapped (not braided, just wrapped). Mine have a lot of heat, miles & are showing some small cracks. I don't want a fuel fire. Mark |
Mark,
greetings from Austin. Im following this thread as I have run into a similar problem finding a replacement fuel line from the accumulator to the firewall. I found a work around but am still keeping my ears to the ground for a source of oem or oem quality replacement. Steve |
Try a member named Unobtainium or some thing like that he sells the correct lines and a tool if you need it.

Check around to see if someone is parting their totaled car.
