Cylinder Compression Issue

Old cylinders and new pistons. Cylinders 1, 2, 3 have exactly 50% less compression than cylinders 4, 5, 6. Could the valves be adjusted wrong or is the cam timing off.... or any ideas?

Haven't looked at the valves yet, so I am hoping that is the issue
