Clutch/Pressure Plate Cleaning??

Ready to take my newly rebuilt engine off the stand tonight or tomorrow and re-marry to the tranny. Can someone advise me whether to spend any significant effort in cleaning off the clutch disc and pressure plate ?? I know to not mess with the throw out bearing and disturb the grease. Any reason to "wash" the clutch in water and simple green or "clean" the pressure plate assy.?? The clutch was "done" by a shop a couple years ago, was working great, and clutch thickness is very good so I'm just putting it back in as it was. Manual says put a little grease on the spline (moly type) and thats it.
I'm thinking to only dust it off carefully (no air blast), wipe here and there, maybe clean the splines carefully, and put it back. Am I missing anything ? Back in the car this weekend just in time for spring.
Thanks.

A little brake clean never hurts.
