Oil out the tail pipe

I have a built 7R motor that's been sitting for couple years. I know the oil drains into the case from the oil tank from sitting. I fired it up and got oil out the tail pipe but it otherwise idled.

Any ideas on what I might be looking at? How to move forward?

you'll be looking at a lot of smoke as it gets the exhaust system hot. the oil likely passed by the rings as the crankcase filled up over time and then was blown into the exhaust on startup.
