Can Anyone Speak to Elgin Mod S Cams?

Gang,

I'm having my 2.5 tuned down a tad and want to run 38mm intakes and 36mm exhaust (currently 40/40 with 906 cams which are shot).

Any thoughts on cams? I'm thinking Solex over S and I've heard of the Mod S but nothing more than that. Any experience?

Obviously, with the smaller ports I'm looking for a more streetable motor. It will be twin plugged.

Fire away...

Thanks!

E.
