A little advice needed on a 3.3 turbo engine.

I had some blue smoke when i had a buddy behind me so i did som investigating. Some oil coming into the turbo inlet and the turbo i think is ok.
This is how 5 cylinders look like.

Worn exhaust valve guides commonly lead to blown stem seals. Have you had a leakdown/comp test performed on the motor?

No i did not. I was hoping it was just a valve stem that is gone. If this seems to be either valve guide or stems then i think i`ll try changing the valve stem without taking out the engine as i have very limited space and hope that fixes it for now.

Got a bit worried about maby piston ring or similar.
